ACL may collect and store personal information from time to time when you use the services of chatZone supported by ACL or download chatZone software from the Internet. During the course of use of chatZone services, ACL asks for Personal Information, which includes but is not limited to your name, age, gender, location, email address, etc. Once User register for chatZone service and sign in to the services, he/she is not anonymous to us. ACL stores your mobile phone number, hardware settings including other user options and Personal Information so that those settings are available when you sign in from a different computer or device.

When you use the chatZone service from your mobile/cellular phone number, ACL would request you to assign a "friendly" name and the list of 'friends' with whom you can send and receive instant messages and similar information about those 'friends'.

ACL uses the Personal Information you provide to operate the chatZone service. Authorized ACL operator's customer service representatives may access this information, upon your request, to assist you in using the chatZone service.

ACL will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

The Personal Information which you provide to ACL or ACL operators. ACL may: -

1. send or disclose personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when we have your consent to share the information. We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested and to send the information to companies who work on behalf of ACL to provide a product or service to you. We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process;
   
2. check that your actions while using our service does not violate the chatZone Terms and Conditions or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services including the Terms of Use prescribed by your operator;
   
3. disclose personal information if we have reason to believe that it necessary to protect the rights or property of ACL.
   
4. use your credit card information to collect your recurrent subscription fees for services provided by ACL as applicable.
   
   

ACL strictly protects the sanctity of the personal information which user provides. Personal information we collect is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access, and we carefully protect this information from loss or misuse, and from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or other sensitive data to other users through the chatZone service, this information may be collected and used by the recipient(s).

Note: ACL does not read any of your private online communications. Your chatZone service messages are completely confidential.

ACL reserves the right to add or change/ modify the policy contained herein. Any changes shall be posted to the ACL website and it is the sole responsibility of the Customer as a user to refer to the terms for accessing the service. Any access to the service is the deemed acceptance of the revised (if any) privacy policy of the chatZone service.

If we make any substantial changes in the way that we may use your personal information we will notify you by posting the changes here on these Privacy Policy pages.
