ACL may collect and store personal information from time to time when you use the services of chatZone supported by ACL or download chatZone software from the Internet. During the course of use of chatZone services, ACL asks for Personal Information, which includes but is not limited to your name, age, gender, location, email address, etc. Once User register for chatZone service and sign in to the services, he/she is not anonymous to us. ACL stores your mobile phone number, hardware settings including other user options and Personal Information so that those settings are available when you sign in from a different computer or device.
When you use the chatZone service from your mobile/cellular phone number, ACL would request you to assign a "friendly" name and the list of 'friends' with whom you can send and receive instant messages and similar information about those 'friends'.
